There are three options for trade plots as follows

Club Plot

This is for the promotion of Club activities, and sale of club merchandise.

Size: 5 metres wide.

Price: £25.00 if booked and paid for before March 15th 2008, or £35.00 thereafter.

Single Trade Plot

This is for the sale of VW related trade items.

Size: 5 metres wide.

Price: £60.00 if booked and paid for before March 15th 2008, or £90.00 thereafter.

Double Trade Plot

This is for the sale of VW related trade items.

Size: 10 metres wide.

Price: £120.00 if booked and paid for before March 15th 2008, or £180.00 thereafter .

Larger plots are available, by prior arrangement with the Trade Stand Manager.

Trade Rules

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT RULES:

1. It is advisable to book well in advance, as there is a fixed number of plots available. This will be strictly enforced this year. NO BOOKINGS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 15th APRIL 2008 OR ON THE DAY.

2. There will be no access to the site before Sunday unless camping by pre-booking for the Saturday evening. The trading area will be opened at 7.30am on Sunday.

3.VW related items only please - No furry gonks, pots and pans etc.

4. A maximum of two vehicles per single stand, 4 vehicles per double plot. Vehicles must display an official pass at all times - NO PASS NO ENTRY.

5. Access to the site is limited by the width of gates and vehicles over 3.5T cannot be admitted.

6. A small number of marquees are allowed at the event and they must fit within the area of your trade plot. Any trader requiring a marquee contact the Trade Stand Manager for the address and phone number of the local supplier.

7. Traders are responsible for ensuring that neighbouring plots do not encroach on to their own. The organisers cannot be held responsible should a problem arise.

8. Please ensure that you display your entry pass in your windscreen and enter by the correct gate. Failure to display your pass in your windscreen will result in you being charged the normal entry fee.

9. All traders must be on-site by 9:30am on the day of the show, and off site by 7:30pm.
