Plot Sizes
There are three options for trade plots as follows:
Club Plot
This is for the promotion of Club activities, and sale of club merchandise. Traders should not apply for this plot.
Size: 5 metres wide.
Price: £25.00 if booked and paid for before March 12th 2012, or £35.00 thereafter.
Single Trade Plot
This is a small plot for the smaller trader to sell VW related trade items only.
Size: 5 metres wide.
Price: £60.00 if booked and paid for before March 12th 2012, or £90.00 thereafter.
Double Trade Plot
This is a large plot for the larger professional trader to sell VW related trade items only.
Size: 10 metres wide.
Price: £120.00 if booked and paid for before March 12th 2012, or £180.00 thereafter .
Larger plots are available, by prior arrangement with the Trade Stand Manager.
Larger Special Plot
Larger special pre-booked plots are available by contacting the Trade Stand Manager directly prior to booking.
Trade Rules
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT RULES:
- It is advisable to book well in advance as there are only a limited number of plots available. This will be strictly enforced this year. NO BOOKINGS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 15TH APRIL 2012, OR ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW.
- There will be no access to the site before Sunday, 1st May, unless camping is pre-booked for Saturday 5th May. The trade area will be opened at 7.30 am on Sunday, 6th May.
- Trade stands are only for the purpose of trading in VW related items. No Sunday market stalls, furry toys, pots and pans etc. Trade stand bookings are only accepted at the discretion of the Trade Stand Manager.
- A maximum of two vehicles per single trade stand, four vehicles per double trade stand are allowed. Vehicles must display an official pass at all times. NO PASS NO ENTRY.
- Access to the site is limited by the width of the gates and vehicles over 3.5 tons cannot be admitted.
- Trade stands may contain marquees but these must be contained within the area of your trade plot. Any trader requiring a marquee should contact the Trade Stand Manager for the address and telephone number of the approved show supplier.
- Traders are responsible for ensuring that their stands do not encroach onto neighbouring plots. The organisers cannot be held responsible should a dispute arise.
- Traders should ensure that all their vehicles have windscreen trade passes correctly displayed. Failure to display passes in the correct manner will result in the normal entry fee being levied.
- All traders must be on site before 9.30am on the day of the show and off site by 7.30pm.
- Traders who have pre-booked on stand overnight camping for Saturday 5th May should ensure they arrive before 8.30pm.
- To book your trade plot click here (you may need to right click and choose save target) print the page off, complete the form and return to the address on the form as soon as possible.
REMINDER: NO BOOKINGS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 15th APRIL 2012 OR ON THE DAY.
