Single Model Type Club Displays

Single model type club displays are available as in previous years in an area set aside adjacent to the Concours de Elegance on the river side site. A special entry gate (South Kilworth gate/back gate) will be available to access this area. A map of the location of the gate will be found to the rear of the pre-booked display passes.

Single model type clubs associated with the VW group companies are invited apply for a display area. The displays will consist of up to 10 vehicles and any increase on this number will on be accepted with the approval of the organisers through the Display Stand Manager. Clubs are allowed to set up promotional display material and sell club regalia and if desired. Open trading of merchandise however, is not permitted under any circumstances from these display areas. Clubs who wish to take part in open trading must do so in the Trade Stand area and book their stand with the trade stand manager using the trade stand booking form and not the club display booking form. Entry to the display area is only permitted between 8.00am and 11.00am. All participants MUST be prepared to leave their vehicle in this area up until 4.00pm.but must also vacate the site by 7.30pm. Normal show entry costs apply to vehicles participating in these displays, this being £7 for adults and £1 for children of 4 to 14 years old inclusive.

All vehicles taking part in these displays must have the pre-booked pass.

THIS MUST BE CLEARLY DISPLAYED FROM THE VEHICLES REAR VIEW MIRROR WHIST ENTERING THE SHOW GROUND AND UNTIL THE VEHICLE IS STATIONARY ON ITS RESPECTIVE CLUB DISPLAY.

This enables marshals to identify vehicles clearly and stops vehicles from being stopped unnecessarily and being challenged on their legitimacy.

All entries must be received from club secretaries before 
Friday 9th Aprl 2011.

Clubs should bear in mind that the space is allocated on a first come first served basis so early booking is recommended to be certain of securing a stand.

All participants in the displays should note that vehicles are displayed entirely at the owners risk and neither the Leicestershire and Warwickshire VW Owners Club or Stanford Hall accepts any liability for actions beyond their control.
