Single Model Type Club Displays
As in previous years, the show will have an area set aside for club displays. The area is on the riverside site with entry through the North Kilworth Gate (back gate). A map will be provided clearly showing this entry and exit gate on the rear of the display passes.

Single Model Type Clubs associated with the VW group are invited to put on a display of members' vehicles with a maximum of 10 cars, any increase on this number is only possible with the express permission of the show organisers through the display manager. In addition to the display cars, clubs are allowed to set up promotional display material and sell, if desired club regalia and merchandise. Open trading is not permitted under any circumstances however, as these display stands are offered free of charge. If a club wishes to take part in open trading of non club related goods or parts, they should purchase space in the trade area through the trade application form and the Trade Stand Manager.

Entry to this display area is only possible between 8.00 to 11.00am. and all participants should be prepared to leave their vehicles in this area up until 4.00pm.

Please also note that visitors must vacate the site by 7.30pm. Normal show entry costs will apply to vehicles in the display area, this being £6 for adults and £1 for children 4 to 14 years.

All vehicles participating in this display area must have a pass which MUST BE DISPLAYED from the vehicles rear view mirror whilst entering the show ground and until the vehicle is stationary on the club stand. This enables marshals to identify vehicles properly and stops vehicles being stopped unnecessarily and challenged on their legitimacy.

All entries from club secretaries must be received by Friday 13th April 2008 but clubs should bear in mind that space is allocated on a first come first served basis so early booking is recommended to be certain of securing a stand.

All participants in the displays should note that vehicles are displayed entirely at their owners risk and neither Stanford Hall nor the Leicestershire and Warwickshire VW Owner's club accept any liability for actions beyond their control.
